In a Nutshell: Hello, new friends!  I'm Andromeda, a sweet and timid gal who is about 2 years old and weighs 27 pounds.  I'm looking for a forever home with guardians who are patient and understand it may take me a few days to start feeling comfortable.  I'll ask that while we are getting to know one another that you toss me treats to let me know you're nice, to set my blankets up under the table (my favorite safe spot), and keep my toys close by.  Your patience will pay off when you see me coming to hang out near you, tossing my toys around, and having a good sniff in the backyard.  Once I'm comfortable with you, I'll ask for pets and want to be close by, just wait and see!  Kids make me a bit nervous, so I'm looking for a kid-free home.  I'm also needing a fenced back yard to explore before we chat about going on walks (goodness knows, those can be a bit overwhelming for me.)  I live really well with other dogs, and I'm looking to have a forever home with another dog to be my friend.  I have so much love to give and am looking for my patient and loving forever home - is it with you?
