Bob & Gage
Age: 2-3 years
Weight: 35-ish lbs
Sex: Male
In a Nutshell:
Bob & Gage are being fostered together. They really love each other and our dream scenario is to get them into an adoptive home together, too. Both have lived separately from another and done well, and we aren’t requiring them to be adopted together, but if we can find one home for both of them, they sure would appreciate it so we’re giving preference to any adopter who would be willing to bring them both home. If adopted together, we will also waive the second adoption fee - a BOGO deal for our bozo boys (said with love)!
Their foster shares:
“Gage is such a respectful house guest and doesn't get into things - whereas Bob is much more interested in items around the home and needs to be watched more. Gage is more reserved when it comes to meeting new people than Bob, but not once he meets them. They equally give out kisses and Gage's new fave part of the day is when my partner gets home. While we both agree that Bob is more "outgoing fun", Gage is oddly more of a cuddle bug than Bob, and is a very polite and loving boy who respects space. But so does Bob! Honestly, they're both amazing dogs who only need to work on leashed walks. I do think that being home alone without another dog would be hard for Gage in particular, [but they have done well home alone with each other].”

For more pics and info about Gage, read here. If not adopted with his brother, Gage should still go to a home with a dog buddy for him to join.
If you’re interested in adopting both dogs together, please email adoptions@otatpdx.org with the subject line “Bob and Gage together” and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. If you don’t already have an approved adoption survey on file, go ahead and submit that below, too.
