In a Nutshell: Cecelia is a sweet, friendly, and playful pup! Cecelia enjoys using her nose to sniff out all the smells, keeping watch for squirrels, and finding a cozy spot for a nap. Cecelia loves playing with the resident dog in her foster home, and once she’s gotten some energy out, she easily settles in the home. Cecelia is curious about the world around her but can be hesitant about new experiences, so she’d appreciate a family willing to be patient and work with her to build her confidence.
