In a Nutshell: Cedar is equal parts cuddlebug and class clown. He loves being held like a baby, is a chatty little guy when he’s tired, and insists on always being within touching distance of his person. Playful, curious, and a little sassy, he is happiest snuggling, exploring, chasing and tugging with his foster sister, and making you laugh with his big personality. He is so smart and loves positive reinforcement through praise and affection. Truly the sweetest and sassiest boy in town.
