In a Nutshell: His foster shares - “Circuit is a super sweet and affectionate boy. He's eager to please, loves to give kisses, and get belly scratches. He's happiest being with his people, either in your lap or at your feet. He plays well with our resident dog and likes to self-soothe with a chewie or a bone. He is very food-motivated, so training should be a breeze! He's smart and a quick learner. It only took 1 day to master potty training, and we've almost mastered sit and lie down! Circuit sleeps quietly in his crate throughout the night and is happy to greet you in the morning. As an enthusiastic young guy, he is working on not jumping up on people and not mouthing on his humans (or chewing on other household objects). He's also learning that he doesn't need to bark to get what he wants or at other dogs walking by the window. Circuit doesn't like to share his toys or special treats with other dogs (especially chew bones), but doesn't mind playing fetch or tug with his humans. Because he jumps and is a bit mouthy, I think older kids in the home would be best. He's still a puppy! He needs frequent potty breaks to avoid accidents and plenty of good toys to chew on and keep him occupied.”
