In a Nutshell: Courage was found as a stray in Presidio, TX, and since making his way to Portland has shown himself to be a playful and happy little dude who’s up for both fun adventures and for chiller quiet times. He loves running around the yard and playing with his foster sisters, but is also content chewing on a bone or toy on his own. Courage has done well with potty-training, is not destructive and sleeps comfortably in his crate throughout the night. He’s an energetic, curious, sweet, happy-go-lucky guy who’d be content in a single dog household or one with other dogs.
Courage is such a happy, silly guy! Courage wants to have fun and be part of the action. He’s got a moderately high energy level, but he has already shown improvement in being able to settle down given a quiet space and something to chew on/lick. He loves toys and anything that is chompy/chewy. He can be a little bit of a wild man, but he’s hysterical and so good-natured! Courage will make an excellent companion to almost anyone! He’s not a Velcro dog, but he loves attention. Courage can easily roll with most situations, but he’s definitely happiest when he’s included in whatever his family is up to :)
