In a Nutshell: Meet your new best friend, Halley! Halley bonds quickly and deeply with her people. She has many great qualities. She is cat and dog friendly. She rests quietly in her crate and is calm in the house. She is perfectly potty trained and very food motivated (a proud peanut butter addict). While her journey hasn’t always been easy, she has pulled through with flying colors. She needs time to adjust to new sounds and experiences. Portland is a lot different than rural West Texas!
