Larry is the definition of a gentleman—he walks beautifully on leash, has excellent manners, and is happiest when he's soaking up affection from his favorite people. He has a peaceful, "zen" personality that's incredibly comforting to be around, but he's also wonderfully communicative and always lets you know how he's feeling.

Don't let his age fool you—Larry still has plenty of pep in his step! He's ready to join you for neighborhood strolls, weekend adventures, or simply relax by your side after a long day. He's fully potty trained, does great when left home alone without barking or getting into trouble, and has been an absolute superstar for grooming. Brushing? No problem. Nail trims? He patiently lets you take care of them. He's the kind of dog who just wants to make life easy for the people he loves.
Larry enjoys the company of other dogs and may do well with a canine companion. We don't yet know how he feels about cats or other small animals. Because of his large size, he'd probably do best in a home with older children who understand how to respectfully interact with dogs.
