In a Nutshell: He LOVES people! You will be his world if you adopt him. He’s the belle of the ball at just about any party but is also a calm soul at home that just wants his pets and food. He has an overall zest for life! Rolls over for belly scratches! Though he’s been through a lot you wouldn’t know it— this guy is tough as nails. He continues to recover, and has not been dependent on his wheelchair for a few weeks now! Go Ludwig!
