In a Nutshell: “Mike is truly an amazing pup! He learns extremely quickly and at 9 weeks is already learning the basic commands, including "sit," "down," "go pee," "come," & "leave it." He is comfortable in his crate for sleeping (in the same room as us), and is able to sleep for about 4-6 hours before needing to go out, once for 7 hours. He is very affectionate and loves to cuddle, curious but contemplative - often sits and watches us! He is social and loves to meet new people (complete with face licks and tail wagging for all!). Mike is calm out in the world - pays attention to noises but is not startled.

We think that Mike is going to be an amazing dog, especially if he has access to frequent puppy play and fenced yard for exploring and discovering. He enjoys training - focusing on solving a problem (food puzzle) or learning new commands seems to be relaxing for him. As he is in the puppy teething phase, a household with older children and another established dog to show him the ropes, would be the most beneficial."
