In a Nutshell: Penne is such a sweet girl, and she can't wait to bond with her forever family/person. She plays, sleeps and eats with equally high enthusiasm. She likes to keep tabs on her people so she doesn't miss out on anything too fun, but she's already becoming more confident on her own for short periods of time. She has medium energy, loves playing with her foster sisters, and maintains good boundaries. Penne is eager to learn and would love to get into some puppy classes and structured socialization to continue her path to perfection!
