She loves attention, enjoys being close to her people, and looks to them for reassurance and guidance. She's submissive, food-motivated, and already showing that she's eager to learn.

Like many puppies adjusting to a brand-new environment, Peppermint Patty is still settling in. She's still a bit anxious and is learning that it's okay to relax. Chew toys and bones help keep her calm, and with patience, consistency, and lots of love, she's expected to continue building confidence.

She's getting used to her crate, working on her potty training, and learning about unfamiliar noises, so a patient home that can help her gain confidence would be ideal.
