In a Nutshell: Phil DeVille recently returned to our care, due to an environmental mismatch. Phil does not thrive in an urban environment and would love a home in a quiet neighborhood and maybe his own yard to explore. He can be a bit shy when he meets new dogs but loves all the people he meets. He is working on being alone and would do best with someone who is home often and can help him work through his concerns. His potty training is coming along, he is a great road trip buddy, and he is teething, so chew toys are a must. He’s a smart puppy and just needs the right tools and attention to help him grow into the most confident and wonderful companion he can be.
