In a Nutshell: Phyllis was adopted as a puppy and just returned back to our program through no fault of her own. She is a total goofball, warms up to people quickly, is willing to explore new things, snuggle bug. Phyllis is a brave girl in a big world, which she’s reassured about constantly as she explores new things. This little girl is great on leash, loves everyone she meets, and is willing to try most new things with an “it’s ok” reassurance. Her favorite things are playtime and snuggling on your chest or in the crook of your neck.
