It seems as though she might have had a hard go of it and needs some time to trust new people, but once she does, her foster says: “She is honestly the sweetest and I have won the foster lottery.. She is gentle and shy but SO loving once she trusts you. I am a little obsessed with her. She has such a sweet soul and this girl just wants to feel safe and loved.
