In a Nutshell: Riptide is very adventurous and active and loves to play. He loves to romp around with his sister, Sand Dollar, though he can get a bit carried away and needs intervention. He is very food motivated and seems easy to train. After just one leash training session, he started to get the hang of it. He is really good at going potty in the grass - if we are outside, he will walk to the grass to do his business. He is easy to engage and will come when called. Crate sleeping alone is hard for him, he settles much faster when with his sister, and he seems to have a harder time being alone. Riptide also loves people, but loooves being active and engaged. He will thrive with a family that is able to provide him with lots of training, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
He will be available for adoption beginning with the Worth the Wait List prior to general adoption applications. Puppies may be invited to adoption events or walk-in adoption days if they get through or have no WTWL interest.
